PHOTO ID REQUIREMENT: Australian Driver’s License or Passport is mandatory for entry to this 18+ event. A valid Australian driver’s license, ‘RTA Proof Of Age’ card, or Passport is required at the event entry. No other forms of identification or photocopies will be accepted.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Event tickets are exclusively provided via password to registered Indian Clubx Pty Ltd members. Tickets purchased without proper approval (including full name) and password from INDIANCLUBX (info@indianclubx.com) may be cancelled without refund and may lead to denial of admission.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Except as specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice, no refunds or exchanges are assured for any ticket. Incorrect purchases are not guaranteed a refund and are subject to the event organizer’s discretion.
TICKET PRESENTATION: Your barcoded printout is your entry pass; it must be shown at the gate for admission. Tickets will be emailed as a PDF attachment to the specified email upon successful payment processing. For ticket-related issues, contact us at info@indianclubx.com with full names and ticket type for reissuance.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: The ticket must match the FULL NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH specified in the booking. At entry, guests must provide a CURRENT matching driver’s license, “RTA Proof of Age” card, or Passport.
TICKET SECURITY: Safeguard your ticket as it can be validated only once; once used, it becomes void. Avoid forwarding your ticket via email as each ticket will be emailed separately as a PDF.
ORGANIZER RIGHTS: The event organizer retains the right to alter artists, event details, and prices without prior notice. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right of admission and to enforce Venue Entry Conditions.
TICKET RESALE: Unauthorized resale of tickets on 3rd party platforms such as Ebay or Gumtree is prohibited. Breach may lead to ticket cancellation without refund and denial of admission.
PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT: Attendance at the event implies the guest’s consent for organizers to capture photographs or recordings during the event.
Management retains the authority to deny entry, without providing a refund, to individuals displaying quarrelsome or aggressive behavior, inappropriate attire, or signs of intoxication. The prescribed dress code prohibits ripped, soiled, or offensive clothing, including certain types of shirts, hoodies, shorts, certain footwear, and excessively revealing or work-related attire. At Indian Club, guests are expected to adhere to a neat and smart dress standard, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
The guests acknowledge and grant the organizers or their representatives an irrevocable license to utilize and reproduce, wholly or partially, any captured content, including footage, images, voice, appearance, or their property involved in the event, for promotional and public relations purposes. This usage encompasses all forms of media worldwide, indefinitely, covering videos, publications, news releases, websites (including social media), and any other promotional material.
